Yamaha Ténéré 700 World Raid - Full Review & Analysis:
The Yamaha Ténéré 700 (T7) is a bike that I've ridden many times. I’ve always found it to be fun and engaging and a real weapon when riding on the trails. For the 2026/7 model Yamaha have made some subtle tweaks and enhancements, so it was going to be interesting to see what improvements have been made.
- Introduction:
Yamaha first introduced the Ténéré 700 World Raid back in 2019. Ever since it was launched it was a big hit with off-road riders.
It’s an unashamedly back-to-basics machine that’s got just enough tech to get the job done and not a lot else. There is something refreshing about the overall simplicity of the T7. The notable absence of any unnecessary tech or ‘twiddly bits’ is probably the key to its success. The T7 is a purposeful and practical machine that’s designed to perform on road and, especially, off road on the trails.
We first reviewed a T7 way back in 2022 and we really enjoyed it. We especially liked its off-road capabilities.
For the 2026/7 version Yamaha have done some tweaking with subtle enhancements to the bike. But has this made it better?
